  1. I purchased your novel yesterday and completed reading it today. It is simply an excellent account of the negotiation of the fragile contract that is a marriage, but even more than that it gives the reader a real insight into the bonds of siblingship. Much more has been written about the former than the latter. You have filled an important gap in our knowledge of what it means to have kin.

Congratulations, I had no idea the book was nominated for the Waterstones award until I decided to tell you how much I liked it.

    • Karen, thanks so much for your kind words about the book. Very much appreciated. The book is now out in paperback, and should be available at all decent bookshops!! ( plug over…..)
